You will be involved in consulting, organizing and assisting project management operations, in high added-value projects, both on a national and international level, involving key business processes like recruitment, skills & careers management, training and salary. In addition, the cross-functional nature of the HR projects that we deal with will mean that you involved in wide variety of sectors of activity.
Recruitment on a Human Scale

- Operational HR skills acquired within a company (ideally within a project structure) or within a consultancy.
- A genuine passion for the business and strong personal "convictions".
- An ability to structure a procedure and manage projects.
- An ability to manage relationships between customers/operational personnel by speaking the same language.
- Able to suggest ideas and share them with others.
- Customer orientated and takes pride in a job well-done.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to help others develop.
